Traffic was shut down on a New Jersey road Sunday after a single-engine plane made an emergency landing in the middle of traffic when it lost power.
The Cessna landed on Route 72 in Stafford Township, in Ocean County, around 10:15 a.m., police announced.
The Skydive East Coast plane reportedly landed on the grassy median in the middle of traffic lanes on Route 72 after it lost power for unknown reasons.
One instructor aboard the plane sustained a small cut to his arm but no other injuries were reported.
Traffic was partly obstructed for about 90 minutes while the scene was cleared, reports say.
The Federal Aviation Administration will investigate the incident.
