Three stripes and a bunch of tattoos are all Philadelphia Police have to go on as they track a man who robbed the Nedro Grocery Store at 1601 West Nedro Ave. on Feb. 6.
Police say a black man, about 6’0” and 20 years old, with tattoos on his arms, wearing a black mask and a dark hooded jacket with three gray stripes on the sleeves, entered the store at 9:56 a.m. armed with a handgun.
The man pointed the gun at an employee, demanding money from the register. The man then jumped through the counter window and took an undetermined amount of money from the register.
The man fled the store on foot, going west on Widener Street.
