An early morning fire damaged two buildings and a construction site in Center City Philadelphia.
No injuries were reported in the blaze at13thand Chancellor streets, whichrose to three-alarms before being brought under control around 7 a.m.

The damaged buildings include the six-story Gramercy Apartment Complex and the 24-story Chancellor building, according to Philly.com. The Gramercy seems to have sustained more damage, and officials are assesing when residents will be able to return.
The fire snarled traffic and transit in Center City for the earliest part of the morning commute.
