The fruits of a Philadelphia woman’s incredible labor to tape the TV broadcast news every day for 35 years — resulting in more than 140,000 VHS and Betamax tapes — is beginning to become available to the public.

Marion Stokes passed away in 2012 at the age of 83, but San Francisco-based startup Internet Archive contacted her family to inquire about acquiring and digitizing the collection, Fast Company magazine reported in November.

Stokes reportedly recorded TV news every day from 1977 to 2012, and also had tapes of “Input,” a show she hosted on WCAU.

Now, digital versions of the TV shows she recorded are appearing online at the Internet Archive.

Below, check out video of Input episode 64, “Kings of the Jungle,” where Stokes (named Marion Metelitis at that time) discusses social views of mankind and whether humans are really just animals with a group including two UPenn professors and a Catholic school teacher.
