VIDEO: Woman wanted for stealing flowers in South Philadelphia

Police are looking for an alleged perennial flower thief.

A woman was captured on surveillance video yanking 14 flowers out of a box attached to a porch on the 2100 block of South 10th Street and placing them in a large bag around 2 a.m. last Wednesday.

The victim told police the thefts occur every season after he plants new flowers. Anyone with information is asked to call South Detectives at 215-686-3013.
