To celebrate the new Barbie movie, Philadelphians can head to Dock Street’s Fishtown taproom to sip on some new themed cocktails for the weekend. The Pink Jeep and Rollerblades is made with Hibiscus Gin, Watermelon, Mint and Seltzer, the Totally Buzzed Barbie boasts Rose Vodka, Blackberry, lemon and sparkling wine, and the Malibu Day Dream is crafted with Rum, Coconut, Pineapple, Lime, Orange and Strawberry
Añejo Philly
This Saturday, head to Northern Liberties hotspot Añejo Philly for a special Barbie-themed brunch. From 11:30 a.m. to 3 p.m., Philadelphians can book tickets and reserve 90 minutes of bottomless mimosa, margaritas, bloody maria’s and sangria for $47 a person. The event will also feature a contest for the Best Dressed Barbie, and the winner will receive a $50 gift card for future use at Anejo. While there, visitors can also check out a photo booth, plus food and drink specials.

Evil Genius Beer Company
While at this Fishtown brewery, Philadelphians can sip on a new brew: “Her Dream House” is a 5/5% Pink Raspberry Glitter Beer that’s pink (of course) and sparkles. It’s available now at the Lab until it sells out in draft or in growlers. Barbie fans can also head to Evil Genius on Sunday, Aug. 6, as well for a Barbie Drag Brunch extravaganza (tickets are required.)

In celebration of the Greta Gerwig movie, Philadelphians can purchase Barbie-decorated cookies, cupcakes and pink chocolate chip cookies from this popular bakery. The items will be available from July 20 to 22, or until supplies last.

Philadelphians can get an array of Barbie-themed cocktails from Glu Hospitality joints. At Figo, visitors can sip on the Pink Lady (Pink Lemonade Vodka, fresh lemon, strawberry and mint), or the Barbie Dream at Brewerytown Food Hall (a Strawberry Mint lemon drop martini with a sugar/lemon zest rim and edible flowers) or head to Izakaya Fishtown for the Barbie Bubbles (Red Shiso Shochu, Junmai Ginjo Sake, Yuzu and house strawberry purée topped with Highball bubbles and garnished with a strawberry slice with gold flakes.)
