A man is in critical condition after he was shot three times in North Philadelphia this evening.
Police said the victim, 25, was shot on the 2500 block of West Sedgely Avenue around 4:30 p.m. He was rushed to Temple University Hospital, where he is in critical condition. It is unclear what led to the gunfire, and no arrests have yet been made.
The man is one of at least seven people seriously injured by gunfire this weekend. Three of those victims – two men and one woman – died from their injuries.
