A 31-year-old man was ambushed and killed from multiple gunshots while leaving his car in West Philadelphia late Wednesday night, ABC Philly reported.
The incident happened near 52nd and Pine streets around 11 p.m. Wednesday, and investigators say the man was shot at point-blank range.

“The victim exited the driver door, and when he walked onto the curb, the shooter walked up within feet and fired at least six shots,” Chief Inspector Scott Small told CBS Philly.
When police arrived, they found the man with multiple severe wounds. He was taken to Penn Presbyterian Medical Center where we was later pronounced dead.
So far investigators have found no motive behind the murder.
The identity of the victim has not been released, and investigators are still looking for a suspect.
